At Lambert's we have
completed many projects over the years, most of them we did not even
photograph, Here we have just a few that we have completed and
photographed, We have some of the projects completed, which we will add
to regularly.
We have always prided ourselves on being able to take your project from
enquiry to completion. When we use the term completion we mean , job
completed, customer happy, and council requirements completed and
certified.

Prime
Prime was the first attempt at a Butcher
Shop by brilliant retailers Darren Frame and Mitch Love.
Located in the newly
developed Ferry Rd Markets along with a breathtaking design by Scott
Wernet,
Prime was built by Lamberts and their onsite foreman, Rodney Wood,
along with
their other tenancies.
Lamberts provided all trades as well as
providing all
stainless steel items and joinery. Prime has recently been voted best
butcher
on the Gold Coast.

Sevilo
Mitch Love and their
designer Scott Wernet topped their Ferry Rd assault with this
beautifully
designed delicatessen.
Along with the feature refrigerated cabinets,
Lamberts
provided all stainless steel works, joinery and all trades. This made
the final
of their 4 tenancies at Ferry Rd which was ready for opening in
December 2006.

Wicked
Sisters Cafe
Wicked Sister Café was developed for owner
Geoff Hamlet by Lambert’s design of Spencer Lambert.
Lamberts provided all stainless steel items,
equipment and provided and project
managed all trades.
The Wicked Sister has now proved to be one of
the best
operations in this Bulimba precint.

Tea Centre
Coop Creative has created yet another fantastic & unique store within the Ferry Rd Markets. The design enhances and compliments the vast selection of Tea and associated products. Lamberts provided all joinery, stainless steel items, equipment, as well as providing and project managing all trades.

Freedom Fuels - Eight Mile Plains
Just one of the many fitouts Lamberts have completed for Freedom Fuels. The existing petrol station interior was refurbished to include Freedom Fuels ‘Grinding Time’ Café. Lamberts
provided all the design & approvals, stainless steel items,
joinery, equipment aswell as providing and project managing all trades.

White
Rabbit
A unique new development in Yeronga saw
Rowena Cornwell and Coop Creative design a fabulous restaurant and bar
in the
suburbs.
Lamberts provided all joinery, stainless steel
items, equipment,
exhaust canopies, refrigeration as well as providing and project
managing all
trades.

1889
Part of the same strip of shops as The
White Rabbit, Coop Creative again designed a suburban
pizzeria.
The 40m2
tenancy incorpoated a commercial kitchen and a Beech Woodfired oven
complete
with a viewing window.
Lamberts provided all stainless steel items,
joinery,
exhaust canopies, equipment aswell as providing and project managing
all
trades.

Fleurus
Another unique design by Scott Wernet for
owner Brad Dodwell saw this florist blend in with the new Ferry Rd
Markets.
Lamberts provided the complete fitout of
stainless steel benching, joinery, all
building works and some very unique light shades.
The quality product used by
the owners along with the eye catching fitout makes Fleurus one of the
most
successful florists on the Gold Coast.

Cafe
Owners Paul and Anna Kouvikis approached
Lamberts to design and industrial area café and catering business to
suit the
requirements of the new Rivergate development.
In conjunction with Lambert’s, a design was formed to suit. Lamberts provided all
design,
stainless steel benching, exhaust hoods, refrigeration, equipment and
joinery
as well as providing and coordinating all trades.
The one stop shop approach
saw the café completed and operating in record time.

Piaf
The brilliant design was provided by owner Simon Livingstone’s architect.
The
ever increasingly popular restaurant & bar is situated in Grey St,
Southbank. Lamberts provided all joinery, stainless steel items,
building works and project management.

Fine
Fruit
The great reputation
of their James St store saw this as being more of the same.
Lamberts along with
designer, Scott Wernet, provided all of the focal front of house
joinery as
well as all of the preparation and operational works to the back of
house
including providing and project managing all trades.

Quench
This was the 3rd
Quench outlet built by Lamberts for Darren Frame and Mitch Love behind
the 2
previously designed ones in James St.
Again, the combination with Scott
Wernet’s design proved a formidable one with the spectacular tenancy
looking a
treat.
This is the focal point as you enter the Ferry
Rd Markets.

Merlo
- Ferry Rd
A great design by
Larry Weston saw Merlo’s as the best operators to take on such a
tenancy at the
Ferry Rd Markets.
The combination of stainless steel and timber work and the
coffee display cabinet are a focal of Lamberts work as well as the
project
managing of all trades.

Posto
Along with owner and experienced coffee
operator, Stuart Leirch, Lamberts provided the design for this small
and unique
tenancy.
Situated in the Billabong Centre in West End,
and capturing large
amounts of passer by traffic.
Lamberts provided design, stainless steel
items,
joinery, furniture and all project management and building works.

Espresso Engine
A complete coffee shop fitout by Lamberts from design to completion. A
key element in the design was to create a fitout that with great visual
impact but most importantly function well at peak trading hours. Lamberts provided all the design, stainless steel items, joinery, equipment aswell as providing and project managing all trades.

the Gold Coast.

Hair
As with Yuva, Coop Creative took the design
even further to provide a very modern boutique hair salon.
