At Lambert's we
have completed many projects over the years,
most of them we did not even photograph, Here
we have just a few that we have completed and
photographed, We have some of the projects completed,
which we will add to regularly.
We have always prided ourselves on being able
to take your project from enquiry to completion.
When we use the term completion we mean , job
completed, customer happy, and council requirements
completed and certified.

MASTHEAD BAKERY – SANCTUARY COVE
Working with great design by Rowena Cornwell’s Coop Creative,
Lambert's were able to perform the supply and installation of a back of
house commercial kitchen with benches, shelving and equipment along
with a very functional front of house operation. The front counters
were a combination of refrigerated, ambient and sandwich displays.
Quality was paramount at such a distinguished location as Sanctuary Cove.

PLUM DELI
Lambert's was
handpicked by Restaurateur Extraordinaire Peter Hackworth. Combined
with the design team, Lambert's were able to provide the complete
shop fit from base shell to the operation that it is today.
Lambert's provided all Stainless Steel Benching, Shelving, Exhaust
Canopies, Coldrooms and Catering Equipment to the back of house. Front
of house consisted of refrigerated displays & benches.
Lambert's was able to project manage the whole fit out by using
their expert contractors from plumbing and gasfitting to tiling and
electrical from painting to joinery.

BIG CHIEF BURGERS – GOLD COAST
Working
with owners Costa & Harry Andonaros and design by Andrew Vaggelas
from Commercial Appliance Centre, Lambert's has been involved in
all 7 store locations – Southport, Burleigh, Coolangatta,
Broadbeach, Worongary, Victoria Point and Harbour Town.
Lambert's has supplied and installed all exhaust hoods, stainless
steel wall sheeting, stainless steel benches and front counters.
Lambert's attention to detail has been a contributing factor to the overall success of Big Chief Burgers.

FRESH FISH CO – JAMES ST MARKETS – NEW FARM
One of the many tenancies at James Street Markets which Lambert's has been involved in.
We were involved in the supply and installation of all stainless steel benches and sushi display.
The stainless steel items installed still look good today after constant hard use.

QUENCH JUICE BAR – JAMES ST MARKETS – NEW FARM
Working
with owners Darren Frame & Mitch Love, an excellent working
operation was developed along side their already famous fruit and veg
operation.
A kiosk style operation was brought together in our workshop and then transported to site.
Lambert's built the framework and stainless steel benching. We
also project managed the job using our plumber, electrician and tiler
to pull the job together on site with a minimum of fuss and disruption
to the everyday operation of the shop.

S-BAR – MAGISTRATES COURT – CITY
Lambert's design
team consisting of Spencer Lambert and Mark Barnett worked along side
owners Mark and Debbie Cunliffe to construct the operation that they
now have today.
With the Premier – Mr Beattie – setting a date for the
opening of the new magistrates court, Lambert's had to go into
overdrive so that S-Bar could coincide with this date.
Lambert's first class tradesman combining with our fabulous
contractors allowed the process to go along stress free for the owners.
With Mark & Debbie’s great hospitality skills and
Lambert's quality fit out, make's the S-Bar a very popular venue.

CUBE – WINTERGARDEN – QUEEN ST – MALL
A
unique design by Designer Scott Wernet and owner Michael Malouf,
Lambert's built an expresso bar in a location previously a garden
bed on the steps to the entrance at the Wintergarden Mall.
A stainless steel superstructure of rolled heavy section was the basis
to build our stainless steel benches, refrigerated cabinets and joinery.
Lambert's managed the entire operation from consulting with owners
and design & construct to coordinating all trades including
plumbing, tiling, electrical, Dorma track door installation and floor
coverings.
An award winning design and quality construction make Cube Expresso a landmark in the Queen Street Mall.

BECCOFINO – NEW FARM
Nestled in the hub of great restaurants in New Farm – Beccofino offers a combination of quality bar & restaurant.
Lambert's were involved in the initial design to put the kitchen and bar together in a flowing workable area.
With its polished concrete floors and precision timber and granite
work, the front of house is the envy of all nearby restaurants.
Back of house combines a Beech Wood Fired Oven, Exhaust Canopy, Stainless Steel Benches and Equipment.
Lambert's provided the project management of the entire job, coordinating with trades, owners and centre management.
A final quality product makes Beccofino a top Restaurant in a very competitive strip.

CHARCOAL – EXPRESS - FERRY RD - SOUTHPORT
A European concept brought to begin its Australian assault, began with a store on Ferry Road, Southport.
Lambert's provided the owners with the quality they had needed for their first shop.
Lambert's provided the exhaust canopy, stainless steel benches and
a front counter which makes their operation very workable and allows
the number of staff required to work with ease.

PEPPERS LODGE – SPICER GAP
Hand
picked by experienced owner Ros Handy, Lambert's in conjunction
with Ros provided a commercial kitchen design to suit the requirements
of a exclusive resort.
With many a long haul up the 4WD mountain track, we installed a custom
kitchen comprising of stainless steel benches and cupboards, exhaust
canopies, refrigeration and cooking equipment.
A recent segment on the Peppers Lodge on the Getaway Show highlighted
the kitchen operating in full swing for its guests where cooking
classes were held.

SUSHI ISLAND – SANCTURY COVE
In
conjunction with the construction of Masthead Bakery and another great
design by Rowena Cornwall & Coop Creative, Lambert's provided this
small sushi shop with a quality fit out to tie in with the award
winning environment.
Lambert's provided stainless steel benches, cooking equipment,
furniture and a refrigerated display that sets this shop up for a
successful operation.

BAR MERLO
With
constant great designs from Larry Weston of Blueshift Architecture the
two university campus Bar Merlo’s have been a pleasure to be
involved in. Lambert's provided the complete fit out
providing all the stainless steel items, joinery and furniture as well
as coordination of all other trades including under and above slab
plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting and coordinating with University
Facilities.
Lambert's with Larry Weston and owner Dean Merlo and Paul Roati
have provided a finished product which has quality and functionally for
an extremely active operation.
