Sardine Tin

The Sardine Tin is the second complete restaurant fitout for owner Simon Livingstone by Lamberts. The well known wine bar is located on Grey Street, Southbank.

With a tiny 35 square metres of floor space, Lamberts designer Adam Connors provided a layout that would maximise every square inch availiable.

Lamberts provided in-house design and submitted plans for Southbank & Council approvals as well as stainless steel items, joinery, refrigeration, equipment and project management of all trades.
