Located in Newstead’s vibrant dining precinct, Bosco Wine & Grill is a modern Mediterranean restaurant with a striking open-fire kitchen at its heart. Lamberts was engaged to deliver a full interior fitout that not only reflects the venue’s culinary focus but elevates it with bold, refined detailing. The design blends moody industrial textures with natural materials, burnished timber, dark steel, brickwork, and soft drapery, to create a space that feels both dramatic and inviting. From the custom bar joinery and shelving to the expansive open-plan layout and chef’s grill station, every detail was crafted to highlight Bosco’s dynamic fire-based cooking style.
