Lamberts was proud to deliver the full stainless steel and custom joinery fitout for the renovation of Cru Bar in Brisbane’s James Street precinct. Our scope included detailed fabrication and installation of commercial kitchen equipment, bar systems, wine display joinery, and stainless steel benches, each piece crafted to align with the venue’s premium finish and practical needs. One of the centrepieces of the project is the underlit marble bar benchtop, which sits on top a custom stainless steel structure built by our team to provide strength without compromising on clean lines. Overhead, a striking antique chandelier adds glamour, contrasting beautifully with the precision detailing below. Behind the scenes, we supplied and installed fully integrated commercial-grade equipment including combi ovens, deep fryers, refrigerated display cases, and blast chillers. We also fabricated and installed multiple stainless benches including bar stations with ice wells and prep sinks, oyster shuck benches, recessed drip trays, and an extensive wine storage system with display cabinetry. This project reflects our ability to bring together the technical demands of a high-performance hospitality venue with the polished finishes of luxury design, delivering a space that performs as well as it presents.
