Lamberts worked in conjunction with architects Twohill and James and the building owners to create the restaurant for Phillip Johnson and Mary Randle. Lamberts provided all kitchen and bar documentation as well as fabricating all s/s items, coldrooms, exhaust canopies and joinery Lamberts also coordinated and supervised all trades to complete the project.
