The Calile Hotel - Hellenika Restaurant

Lamberts was proud to deliver the full interior and commercial kitchen fitout for Hellenika, The Calile Hotel’s signature poolside restaurant. Working closely with Richards and Spence and the client team, we managed every detail from kitchen documentation and council approvals to the fabrication of all stainless steel components and bespoke exhaust canopies. The scope extended beyond the kitchen. We fabricated and installed extensive brass and timber joinery throughout the restaurant and poolside areas, including custom built furniture tailored to the space. Our team also coordinated all associated trades, ensuring a seamless and high-quality finish in keeping with the refined aesthetic of The Calile.
