Lamberts was engaged by Jocelyn’s Provisions to deliver a comprehensive fit-out for their new James Street location. Working closely with the client and design team, our scope included full kitchen documentation, services coordination, and council approvals. We fabricated all stainless steel benches, shelving, and exhaust canopy systems, and provided all catering equipment and custom joinery.
The project demanded a high standard of finish to reflect the brand’s artisanal aesthetic, including the integration of tiled front counters, shelving, display refrigeration, and warm LED-lit product niches. Lamberts also managed the coordination of all subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery in a busy retail precinct. The result is a refined, highly functional space that supports both customer service and back-of-house efficiency.
