Our fitout at Sunshine on James Street brought to life a bright, Mediterranean-inspired space that’s as functional as it is inviting. From curved plaster walls and textured finishes to stone floors and custom joinery, every detail was built with care to match the relaxed, coastal feel the client was after. We coordinated closely across trades to ensure everything came together smoothly, especially around the open kitchen and service zones, where layout and flow really matter.
One standout feature is the projector menu, cast directly onto the rendered wall, which keeps the space feeling open and uncluttered while adding a bit of personality. It’s a clean, sunlit venue that looks simple, but there’s a lot of work behind that simplicity, and we’re proud to have delivered it.
